6-8 cups Whole Meal Flour
1/4 cup honey
5 tbs shortening
2 tbs dry yeast
4 1/2 cups warm water
1/2 cup whole milk

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease medium bowl & set aside. With a hand held electric mixer, mix all ingredients together for 2 min. on slow speed, then increase speed for an additional 8 min. Allow dough to ferment in the greased bowl for 1hr, covered with a damp cloth. Then weigh out 1lb pieces & place in a bread pan. Bake for 35 minutes.
